we are very enjoy a lot  it is best day in my life i never ever forget that day because in that day i learn great thing about Active listening skills, Effective Presentation, Who is a leader? it is such a brilliant skill i learn to change my personality with this habits and we are thankful to our EWP Team who is collaboration with us.  

The Power of Listening lectured by Jerrold frank (RELO)

Communication is one of the most essential skills and listening is the foundation of a good communication skill. There is a necessity for the development of strategies to create more awareness regarding active listening skills.

i learn great thing about the power of listening. How to become a best listener in the world. Difficult work in the world is listener some one else. it's very difficult to listen any one who is talking  with you and understood what he is talking about it can make you good person and active listener you can create idea with listener because first every rich people listen of their problem then he can solve problem. if any one don't give focus with our friend he had felt, terrible, angry, bored, upset, irritated, shy, waste, annoyed, humiliated, frustrated, embarrassed. These are main point it did feel us bad. if any not interested with our talking. 
                                                       If some one is every excited or interested with our talking we felt lovely about them and confident, happy, relax, comfort, able, honorable, pleasure, fantastic, adore respect, trustfully, be lived proud

Presentations happen at a range of different places. Presenting at a professional level is an excellent way of sharing your knowledge skills and expertise or use the platform to share your innovative ideas. Its’s also an excellent opportunity to develop your specking and presentation skill. Learning how to construct and deliver an effective oral presentation is a useful skill.

Presentations means. how you can present your topic with audience. your posture your gesture. These are main part of presentation posture it should be fit and free and behavior, body language, eye contact, with audience the way of talking use easy language it mean use easy and perfect words for your presentation. Use these thing during presentation Confident, passion, be yourself, voice modulation, some qualities. You must use these tip during presentation you have these all thing that you make perfect person or presenter. audience always look your mistakes or nervousness. it's can incarage your audience the people not exited to listened you because you make them bored. You should present like a Steve jobs.

How does one become a better leader? Leader is always once and selected for the nation

  • Which type of question you face in interview i wanna to share some common question with my friends. They have your success you should impress them only tell what they want to listen 

  • 1. Tell me about yourself?
  • 2. Why should we hire you?
  • 3. What is your greatest strength?
  • 4. What is your greatest weakness?
  • 5. Why are you leaving or why have you left your job?
  • 6. What are your salary expectations?
  • 7. Why do you want this job?
  • 8. How do you handle stress and pressure?
  • 9. What are your goals?
  • 10. What can you do for us that other candidates can't?
  • 11. What are three positive things your last boss would say about you?
  • 12. What interests you about this role?
  • 13. What Motivates you?
  • 14. What are you passionate about?

  • What should you ''DO'' and ''DON'T'' during Interview. Be formal and descent 

  • DO your homework. do it proper way and be relax
  • Don't focus only on your salary and benefit.
  • Don't be late. care the time and be punctual 
  • Don't fold your arms. your arms its would be straight 
  • Don't use mobile. it is informal way keep to silent your mobile
  • Don't forget your resume.
  • Do think of five really good reasons. tell them good reasons and details 
  • Do learn five things ( at least ) Company. you should know about that company there you want to job 
  • Do have some examples relevant. Talking about some relevant idea about that question 
  • Do remember first impressions count.
  • Do sit up straight and smile. body language is an important part of the impress and your behavior 
  • Do practice, practice, practice. you must be practice of that question  
  • Don't remember the questions of Interview. just do practice and 
  • Don't criticize other people. don't blame other its very bad
  • Don't resume ( you know everything ).you should not be over smart be formal 
  • Don't give one word answers. tell them more details about any topic
  • Don't be silent. Try to speak them and identify them
  • Don't dress for the wrong job. 

Motto And Alien 



Motto was wandering here and there suddenly a ship arrived there and one alien came out of the ship. when motto saw him he get shocked.after that alien came to him and asked who are you? so motto replied i am a human being once again alien asked what does human being mean? so motto explained about the human being. And motto started to discuss many things on the earth how to live, Motto didn't know about alien so didn't want him to be here with him. So he persuaded him to leave my planet alien interpreted that he is right. Motto finally come back his home and summarized what he had seen.





I am M Mubashir Chandio i'm student of English Work Program it such a life changer program i am thankful to E.W.P team who was selecting me this brilliant Scholarship program and they are special in their work They have different way to teach us like activities method and i really like this way of teaching we enjoy and play different activities like word make digital dictionary team work how to be good member in your team and find the partner of word like antonyms and synonyms and we learn 21 century employment skill and RASA Receive, Appreciate, Summarize, Ask. and 7 industry about 21 century 7 C about effective communication.CLARITY, COMPLETENESS, CONCISENESS, CONCRETENESS, COURTESY, CORRECTNESS, THING TO CONSIDER. These are professional skills and we celebrate different days like Women day the value of Women in our planet.

before this program i can't speak English i don't have confident to talk frient of people and i feel hesitate when i work with team and self-discipline but now i can speak English frient of people i can menage my time. i feel big change in my in my personality once again
